When you sign up for DinVintageShop's SMS service (we just call it “the service”), you accept our terms and conditions – these ones.
It may sound a bit formal, but we just want to be completely transparent about how things work.
We may change or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect the law or how we use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
What are you saying yes to?
When you agree to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to DinVintageShop sending you messages when we have something special for you – e.g. news, great offers, reminders about items in your cart, etc. These may be automated messages sent via a system, but they come from us.
Don't worry: You should not Sign up to shop with us – it's completely voluntary. We won't spam you, and you can always unsubscribe.
What does it cost?
We don't charge you anything to send you messages, but your mobile provider may charge for text messages or data - this depends on your plan. Check with them if you're unsure.
Don't want to receive messages anymore?
No problem! You can unsubscribe at any time - simply:
-

You will receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you any more messages unless you start again. If you are subscribed to multiple SMS lists from us, you must unsubscribe from each one individually.
