Assistant Content Creator / Fit Model

You are over 18 - and you just feel natural in front of a camera.

We are looking for someone to help us create the content that keeps our followers engaged. You will help shoot and edit for TikTok and Instagram, and help provide honest feedback on what resonates - and what doesn't.

Part of the role is trying on our samples before they go into production. This requires you to be size S and at least 1.70 m tall - so we get the most accurate picture of how the clothes fit and drape.

We believe you:

• Are natural and relaxed in front of the camera (the camera loves you, not the other way around)
• Have a sense of what works on social media - and what doesn't
• Can provide constructive feedback on samples: does it fit properly? Does it feel right?
• Can edit video or are ready to learn
• Are cheerful, reliable, and a great team member

Designer - full-time

Can you spot the next favorite before everyone else has it?

We are looking for a designer for a new, varied full-time position. You will plan the common thread in our collections and turn trends into styles that suit our customers. From strong basics and jeans to prints on sweats - and jewelry, bags, and accessories that complete the look.

You follow your ideas from the first sketch to the finished product. You work with colors, materials, and fit, evaluate samples, and collaborate with suppliers. And you know how we can optimize cost prices through good design and production choices while maintaining quality.

We believe you:

• Have experience in the textile industry - this is a must
• Spot trends early and can turn them into products with sales potential
• Can design original prints and work with drawings, tech packs, and print files
• Understand materials, fit, production, and cost prices - and can optimize without compromising quality
• Also have an interest in accessories, bags, and jewelry - and can maintain a clear common thread

E-commerce Manager with a passion for AI

You see a better webshop. And feel like building it.

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager who wants to improve the customer journey and build AI agents that take over our repetitive tasks. You work with emails, CRO, split tests, SEO, and product optimization - and use the results to decide what we should improve next.

You create new products and prepare them for drops. You also ensure a consistent visual identity across the online shop, banners, and emails. AI should be something you build and make work in everyday life: agents that find errors, perform tasks, and make the team's work easier.

We believe you:

• Have experience with Shopify, e-commerce, and email marketing
• Have a great passion for building agents and can show concrete solutions you have built
• Can work with APIs, integrations, and automation tools and keep the solutions running
• Have a strong eye for design and can create consistency across banners, the online shop, and emails
• Understand CRO, SEO, KPIs, and split tests and turn insights into concrete improvements
• Work systematically with products, drops, and the customer journey - also across Ønskeskyen and the online shop

Intern

Are you ready for real tasks - not coffee runs and photocopying?

We are looking for a creative intern who wants to be involved where things are actually happening. You are not an extra pair of hands - you are part of the team. That means real tasks, real collaboration, and real experience from a fast-paced online shop.

You help us with things like:

• Newsletters and email flows in Klaviyo
• Video for TikTok and reels for Instagram - from recording to editing
• Graphics for campaigns, stories, and the site
• SEO and blog content that actually gets read
• Product creation and updates in the online shop
• Input on collections, visual identities, and campaign ideas

We believe you:

• Are currently pursuing a relevant education in marketing, communications, design, or a similar field
• Combine structure with creativity
• Are open, approachable, and a great person to have on a small team
• Are willing to take responsibility and stand behind your work
