CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for a customer service manager who can be our voice externally and ensure that all our customers have a good & safe experience...

Of:

• Strong in both written and spoken English (+)
• Smile in your voice – even when things are going fast
• Is structured, solution-oriented and takes responsibility
• Good at handling many balls in the air..
• Easy to learn new systems & has experience from similar positions

Tasks:

• Respond to inquiries via email and telephone
• Handle complaints and follow-ups
• Ensure consistent and professional customer service

The practical:

📍 HQ: Egå – permanent location, good coffee and daily high-fives
⏰ Start: as soon as possible
🕒 Full-time – 37 hours (weekend & evening work may occur during peak periods) 
💰 Salary by agreement
🥗 Lunch scheme and a daily routine with lovely colleagues

E-COMMERCE EXPERT

Are you passionate about conversion optimization and have experience with Shopify? Then you might be the person we're looking for.

We are looking for an in-house e-commerce expert to optimize and further develop our webshop.

Of:

• Have experience with e-commerce - especially Shopify
• Are used to working independently with tests and optimization
• Have graphic skills – preferably for banners and visual elements
• Has SEO slayer attitude

Tasks:

• Split tests and analysis
• Ongoing optimization and new features
• Graphic content (if applicable)

The practical:

⏰ Start: as soon as possible
🕒 Full time – 37 hours
🚀 Weekend/evening work during campaign periods may occur
💰 Salary by agreement

BUYER WITH A SENSE OF TRENDS & STRUCTURE WANTED

Are you the type who spots trends before they hit the catwalk – and dreams of putting your fingerprint on a brand that moves?

At DinVintageShop, we design and produce our own collections in close collaboration with suppliers in, among others, Italy, Turkey, China & Bangladesh – and we need you who can keep track of the thread and the rhythm.

You will have responsibility, sparring and huge influence in a team with high spirits, quick decisions and a calendar full of fun, quirky and serious tasks. The position is full-time.

You will, among other things,:

• Develop collections together with us/our skilled suppliers
• Negotiate prices and secure deliveries that matter
• Analyze trends and sales – and use them strategically
• Styling and composition of the assortment so that it shines online
• Have your fingers on everything from Excel sheets to production plans

We believe you:

• Have solid education/experience in fashion purchasing and production
• Have lots of purchasing contacts you can use with us
• Dare to knock on the table to get better prices – both towards us & suppliers
• Can combine structure with creativity (and keep your wits about you)
• Are used to working internationally and driving processes forward
• Strong in both Excel and aesthetics – and maybe even used to Shopify
• Can juggle Danish & English without losing your cool
