⏳ How long do I have to return?
- You have 14 days from receipt to return the package.
📦 Refunds for mystery boxes
- Of course you can! Just make sure to return all or part of your box unused and within 14 days.
- If you return only some of the contents of the box, an amount equal to the offer price of the relevant items will be refunded.
🚚 How do I return it?
- Order return shipping HERE (39 kr.).
- Place the item securely in the package – you can reuse our shipping bag.
- print & put your label on the outside - or use labelless code.
- Drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop.
💸 Refund
- We will send automatic messages when your return is received by us & has been processed.
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method (within 2-10 banking days depending on your bank/card) - Your bank's processing time is not something we can speed up.
- Haven't received the money? Check your bank first - contact us if you still have problems.
🔁 Exchanges
- You can exchange items if they don't fit, for example - or you want a different color. You pay the return shipping yourself, and we cover the shipping on your exchanged styles - as an extra service.
