How long do I have to return my package?
- You have 14 days after you receive your package to return it to us.
REFUNDS OF BOXES
Of course you can! As long as you simply return it unused and within the applicable 14 days.
If you choose to return only some of the contents of the box, you will be refunded
the money for the offer price of the current item..
This applies to all our boxes...
How do I send a return?
- Buy and order return shipping HERE
- Note that you may only use our shipping, it costs DKK 45 (our purchase price)
- Place the item in the return package and seal the package well so that it is not damaged during shipping (you can reuse our bag for this).
- Put your package label on the outside of the return package or write the Dao labelless code.
- Hand in the parcel to your nearest parcel shop.
Refund
- As soon as we have processed your return package, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
- Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund. We process your return within max. 3 weekdays. After this, it can take up to 2-4 banking days before you see the money visible in your bank account. It depends on which type of card you have used and which bank you have.

-Exchanges-
You can return your item(s) if they are damaged or defective - but also if you simply cannot fit them or regret your purchase. The vintage products cannot offer to send you a new item, as the products are not in stock and are in limited quantities, so you will therefore receive a full refund of the amount and not a new product.
With our own collection (new products) we can in most cases exchange for another size, colour, model.
-Refunds-
When your return item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you can try to contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is published.
