DIGITAL BUSINESS STUDENT

We are looking for a fresh and efficient student who can work at our busy webshop & warehouse - which is located in Rønde, Djursland (outside Aarhus)

We look forward to meeting you for an initial interview so that we can put together a kick-ass student plan that contains everything YOU are passionate about + what we need help with..

You are smiling & have a humorous nature
You are structured, efficient & can work independently
You are service minded and will go the extra mile for our customers!
You can keep a cool head - even with many balls in the air
You are from the Aarhus/Djurs area, and do not mind the transport to Rønde, where our warehouse is located
You are technically strong and can easily understand new systems and our webshop, which is built on Shopify
You are proactive - and manage to make the position your own
You express yourself well in writing and speaking
You thrive best with order - and can keep the warehouse tidy

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL FX CONSIST OF:

Plan & select drops for the webshop (shopify)
Prepare clothes for photography
Descriptions/measurements of the clothing
Upload drops to webshop
Pack & prepare orders
Customer service (email, chat & mobile + social media)
Cleaning & order in the warehouse

Coordination with e-mail marketing responsible
Maintenance/optimization of the webshop
SEO & optimization of pageload
Unpacking new deliveries of vintage clothing
Maintenance of auto-replies on chat & messenger
Cleaning

ALL THE PRACTICAL:

Experience ; is not necessary, you will be taught - but it is important that you have a huge interest in online trading - and running a successful webshop
