Delivery time: We usually ships the same day (before 2:00 PM) on weekdays
However, we write 1-2 business days - just to be safe.
Delays; expect longer delivery during sales, new popular drops + during holidays when we are not able to pick up packages from our carriers!
Pre-order: If there is a pre-order on your order, your entire order will be shipped together (when everything is in stock).
Shipping: We deliver all orders with DAO - to parcel shop
Shipping prices: For orders over DKK 499, we offer free shipping to the nearest parcel shop. For orders under DKK 499, the shipping price is DKK 36.
SWEDEN is free shipping from 599 SEK
Return; There is a 14-day return period on all our items.

We want you to feel completely confident about your purchase from us, which is why we offer a 14-day return period after you receive your package.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS, however, are a completely different matter - and we have therefore extended the exchange deadline to January 12, 2026.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within this period.
